Hi, great idea for a performance. My idea is to perform the poem at a credit union to show that there are alternatives to the modern forms of money and banking that seem to have taken over our world.
Edinburgh’s money museum http://www.museumonthemound.com/ is at the top of the Mound (North Bank Street) in Bank of Scotland’s imposing headquarters. It has an exhibit of one million pounds in the lobby. It also has a paved area outside the main entrance which would make the perfect stage – and has hoards of tourists and fringe-goers passing regularly.
